Walking on Plastic Bottles
That plastic bottle of water or some other beverage, in your hand is being put to good use. If you recycle it, you’re doing your part to help not just us but future generations. That is right! Plastic bottles are being reclaimed and turned into woven fibers. This process helps preserve our Earths natural resources. For the past 2 years Tiffin has been using an Eco-Fi fiber that is made from 100% certified recycled plastic bottles in the production of our carpet bonded foam. Since we start of its use, we have been using our carpet in our tournament rentals and cheer organizations with positive feedback. Tiffin has started a new trend and are you going to follow? |

DEMO equipment – Bang for the Buck
Why should you buy “DEMO equipment” over “new equipment?” DEMO equipment for most companies has been slightly used and is in fairly good condition. Think of it like a car. This equipment was “test driven” or rented out for a few events. Like a car having miles put on it the mat has some training, competition, and etc. hours of use. That brand new smell still lingers, but not as strong. What you are essentially getting is a product that has been broken in and will serve you well knowing that for some, overly sensitive student’s senses; they can train easier without the distraction. Outside of a lower cost product, you can expect that there will be a limited selection of these DEMO products. The best way to take advantage of ‘DEMO Deals” is to look at upcoming events that use the equipment your interested in. Determine what is in your area and then arrange to pick up your new equipment. Tiffin Mats has come into some large quantities of DEMO equipment. Call one of their sales reps to get the details.

Cheerleading Safety
Carpet Foam is a piece of key safety equipment for your cheerleading team. Why? Without it, mistakes could result in hearing thuds, followed by concussions and other injuries. Carpet Foam is the back-bone of the safety for your team.
As seen in the You Tube videos below, watch how a simple demo or practice can result in injury.

Haven’t seen enough to convince you, just do a search for “Cheerleading Accidents”, “Cheerleading Drops”, etc. and see why it is important.
Do not miss an oportunity to prevent injuries. If you already have carpet foam, the intergal part of your safety equipment incorporated, make sure that it remains in fairly good condition. Once the wearing starts to show, it is time to replace the carpet foam. There are many options out there from complete floor systems to smaller home mats.
Tiffin Mats has a great selection to meet your needs. Check us out!

2×6 Flexible Trainer Mats – NEW Price
We have evaluated our 2′ x6′ Flexible Trainer Mats and have adjusted the pricing for this particular product. There is roughly a 40% price reduction from the previous cost of $39.95 to the new cost of $25.95. These mats are a great addition to your arsenal of training equipment.
Most consumer Yoga mats start around $15 a mat and they are thin, around 1/4″ thick, and provide very little cushion to your step. Our mats are made from the same material as our Flexible Carpet Foam & Wrestling Mat rolls. What you get for a few bucks more is…well more protection. Our standard 2 x 6 mat thickness starts at 1-1/4″ thick. You do the math!
Why am I basing this mat against a Yoga Mat? Most people will go to their local sporting goods store or bargain store for athletic goods. Unless you head to a specialty store chances are you will find once choice of mat, a Yoga Mat.
Do you want a mat that will still allow you to blow out your joints or do you want a mat that will keep you safe.
$25+shipping gets you a 2′x6′Flexible Trainer Mat. Check it Out!

Announcements & Random Thoughts
In The Works:
We are developing a membership program that will offer discounted pricing to members and an opportunity to buy our demo products before its publicly displayed on our website. When this program will be out is still sketchy.
Random Thoughts:
Is there something you, the customer, want that we don’t offer? Even a different size of a mat that you are finding to be in demand?

…and no chat for now
Before our testing even was slated to start on our chat system, it was brought to a halt. Even though it is a popular form of customers service, we have decided to put it off for a bit. Unfortunately, we do not know when it will make it back into the works or if it even will.

Other areas, listed along the side, will provide information on the most recomended products for different industries based on the type of product and feedback so we know how to improve.
